Ordering


If your delivery address is outside of U.K. you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Importation rules differ from country to country, even within the E.U. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Sianimusic.com advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

Returns


You have 30 days from receipt of the order to return any CD that is defective or damaged (from either manufacture or shipping) and we will replace it with the same title.

If the return is due to a shipping error we will exchange it for the right merchandise. Please contact customer service before sending any orders back on +44(0) 208 861-1819

We cannot refund any CDs if they have been opened (unless defective), where it is not deemed to be defective by the manufacturer, or simply because you do not like the content.

Please ensure all details are correct before completing the checkout. Any items which are rejected and then returned to you will incur additional postage charges.

We regret that we are unable to refund any return shipping costs. You are soley responsible for returns costs!

We do test every single return, if a returned disc is found not to be faulty by our independent test centre we will return the discs with a postage charge not exceeding £2.00. We advise you to check the disc on a second make and model of machine before returning. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional encoding.

Replacements of faulty discs will be resent Free of shipping costs once we have received defective disc back from you.

We are happy to offer full refunds provided goods are returned unopened.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

In all instances the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned items.**

Lost Mail Claims Procedure.

Please allow 14 days to elapse from date of despatch before proceeding with a claim for lost mail.

If the item(s) shown on the invoice you have selected have not arrived and you believe it has been lost in the post then you will need to send us a signed Royal Mail P58 claim form at:.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT FAX THE FORM TO US!
(Claims in a faxed format are not accepted by Sianimusic.com on behalf of Royal Mail, they require the genuine signature of claimant to process the claim).

Once we have recieved the signed P58 from you we will immediately send you replacement(s) of the item(s) or offer a full refund whichever you prefer for the good(s) which you have notified us that you have not received and reclaim the loss(es) from Royal Mail direct ourselves.


We will then fill in any relevant reference numbers, attach the required paperwork including proof of posting and submit it to Royal Mail on your behalf.

All claims will then be dealt with directly by Royal Mail's claims office as Royal Mail is the insurer.

All compensation settlements are authorised and dispersed by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail estimate the claims are generally settled within 2-4 weeks pending the outcome of their investigations for Inland United Kingdom Customers. All other claims for missing packages for European countries may take Royal Mail up to 2-8 weeks to complete their investigations depending on the swiftness of response of each country.

To track the progress of your claim for lost mail you can call Royal Mail's customer care line directly on 0845 774 0740.

Please note that Royal Mail have stated that a false claim for compensation could result in a criminal prosecution.

You must print out and sign the P58 claim form as all insurance claims are submitted in writing.

Important: we cannot forward the claim to Royal Mail unless you sign the P58 form. Once happy with everything select the "Make payment" button. Your card details will then be processed. If everything is fine then you will get a message saying your payment has been accepted.

We will send you an e-mail receipt confirming the purchase. Please print this out and keep it in a safe place. You will also receive the a packing slip packaged with your order.


PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as the discs arrive. Which can be up to two weeks ahead of the official release dates.

BACKORDERS
We will do our best to have a full inventory at all times but stock can run out because producers sometime miscalculate the demand for a particular item. If one or more items in your order is put on backorder, we will send you what we have immediately and then the backorders when they arrive.

CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been despatched simply send an e-mail to this address info@sianimusic.com with the subject “Cancellation” in the heading. Be sure to include your full name and order number. Cancellation of unfulfilled orders will be refunded in full.

If you wish to cancel and return an order that has been unopened, you have received within 7 days of receipt of despatch date we will be more than happy to refund your money in full upon return of the goods to our offices. Unfortunately this offer is not extended to goods received by clients after 7 days has elapsed or to goods that have been opened before or after 7 days have elapsed. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).

Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions help to keep the www. Sianimusic.com website a safe place to trade and set out the full extent of any agreement reached between you and Sianimusic.com in connection with this site. You should understand that by placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions:

General

1. The owner of this web site is Siani Muisc whose address is PO Box 123, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 1ZQ (“Sianimusic.com”).

2. Your contract for purchases made through this web site is with sianimusic.com, and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only.

3. You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

4. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Sianimusic.com unless and until Sianimusic.com accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Sianimusic.com sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Sianimusic.com of your offer to buy goods from Sianimusic.com or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by play.com.

5. This confirmatory e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract

6. The confirmatory e-mail will also contain a link to these terms and conditions, and may be amended in accordance with paragraph 32 below from time to time.

7. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it.

8. Sianimusic.com will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party.

9. You undertake that all details you provide to Sianimusic.com for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

10. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform sianimusic.com as soon as possible.

11. Your statutory rights are not affected (in particular see below as to your rights to withdraw from the contract) but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.

12. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed by clicking on the ‘cancel’ link next to the product ordered on your account page on the website. We can also accept cancellations by email to info@sianimusic.com or by post or by telephoning +44(0) 208 861-1819 during normal office hours.
You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 7 working days from the day after you receive the product by:

12.1 sending the notice of cancellation by email to info@sianimusic.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number;
and/or

12.2 where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Siani Music unopened together with the original invoice within 7 working days from the date that you received the goods.
Sianimusic.com will then refund you the purchase price of the goods.

13. Once Sianimusic.com receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to Sianimusic.com from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by play.com in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.
Liability

14. This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Sianimusic.com do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from play.com’s negligence or wilful default, or that of play.com’s employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Sianimusic.com does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

16. Sianimusic.com will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

17. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIANIMUSIC.COM IS PROVIDING THIS WEB SITE AND ITS CONTENTS ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND MAKES NO (AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL) REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS WEB SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THIS SITE INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN ADDITION, SIANI MUSIC DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ACCESSIBLE VIA THIS WEB SITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

18. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Sianimusic.com shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Siani Music of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 10 working days of delivery of the goods. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

19. Sianimusic.com do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Sianimusic.com website or for any products or services purchased from Sianimusic.com.

20. Sianimusic.com will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
Processing of orders

21. Credit and Debit cards are debited before items are shipped by Sianimusic.com. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

22. Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from this web site.

23. Sianimusic.com aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. Sianimusic.com are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

24. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Sianimusic.com.
Delivery/Title/Risk

25. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

26. Title to any product ordered will pass to you once sianimusic.com has received payment in full for that product.

27. If your delivery address is outside of England, you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. 28. From time to time Sianimusic.com may engage a 3rd party to fulfil orders, a contract for the sale of these products will be made between the 3rd party supplier and yourself.

29. Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Miscellaneous

30. It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Sianimusic.com tracks the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on Sianimusic.com to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

31. Sianimusic.com may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. When Sianimusic.com do so, Sianimusic.com will mention the fact on our home page (www. Sianimusic.com). All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.

32. These terms and conditions shall apply when Sianimusic.com accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. They shall supersede any and all other conditions, understandings, commitments, agreements or representations (except fraudulent misrepresentations) relating to your purchase, whether oral or in writing, and contain the entire agreement between Sianimusic.com and you relating to your purchase. Sianimusic.com advises that you print off and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions once your order has been accepted by Sianimusic.com.

33. You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all information on this website fully.

34. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable, those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.

35. These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and exclusive jurisdiction of England and Wales.
